Winter can be fun, especially with a few straight boys trying to get a car out of the snow! Having lived in Vancouver I can say I am not surprised at this...
I think they were framed! At least they should be. Its a little crazy, attaching a tow rope to a pice of plastic and thinking you can pull it out of the ditch! At least try to find some steel!

I love that! I've been to places where it snowed and they are not used to it. It can be quite fun to watch.
